lol.... I take a multi-vitamin, 5000 iu's of Vitamin D3, a garlic supplement, and a magnesium supplement every day.... I'm also on a diet that requires me to eat salad and fruit almost every day for lunch, as well as watching what I eat for supper and breakfast (and no extra salt on food)... I think I got the food thing down... ;-)
I have had issues in the past with slightly high blood pressure (not too bad, but I want to take care of my body) so I think I've currently got the food thing down... though I can overwork my body at times... :-/
